In the event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if the product delivered does not match the order, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Relevant details and supporting evidence (such as images) must be provided to initiate a resolution.

Requests submitted beyond the specified timeframe will not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
