Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched from our central warehouse in Amritsar, Punjab, through our trusted network of courier partners.
• Orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours (Monday – Friday).
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Within India

We offer shipping to all serviceable pin codes across India.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹2500 or more.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹2500, a minimal flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Time Our delivery timelines commence from the date of dispatch.

• For delivery within Punjab: Please allow 2-3 business days.
• For delivery to the rest of India: Please allow 4-5 business days.

Important Considerations

• The delivery timeframes mentioned above are estimates. Deliveries may be delayed by factors beyond our control.
• This includes delays caused by public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, and other unforeseen logistical disruptions from our courier partners.
• Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
